By submitting this form and enrolling in Homeschool Universe (HU), I understand and agree to the following:

Truthful Information

I confirm that all information provided is complete, accurate, and truthful to the best of my knowledge.

Program Agreement

I understand the structure and expectations of the Homeschool Universe program, including my role as a parent-educator or guardian. I acknowledge that success depends on both student engagement and parental oversight.

Data Privacy and COPPA Compliance

I consent to the collection, use, and secure sharing of my child’s personal information with approved educational partners such as BJU Press Distance Learning Online (DLO), as required for account setup, academic tracking, and support. I understand that I may access or request deletion of this data by emailing: support@homeschool-universe.com.

Academic Integrity

I will encourage academic honesty and ensure that all submitted student work reflects individual effort unless otherwise guided.

Technology Usage

I understand that student access to curriculum platforms, communication apps, and advisor support may require internet access and digital responsibility. I will guide and supervise my child’s online conduct in accordance with HU’s Code of Conduct.

Payment & Refunds

I acknowledge that tuition must be paid before program access is granted. I understand and agree to the refund policy outlined in the Statement of Fees.

Support and Communication

I agree to maintain open communication with my child’s assigned advisor and to check all official messages and progress updates regularly.

Code of Conduct

I agree to uphold HU’s community values of respect, integrity, and engagement. I understand that misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the program.
